BACL®7G · CIRCULAR AIRCRAFT
BACL®7G presents its proposal for disruptive innovation in circular aircraft: a vision for the evolution of aviation, focused on the user experience and developed in stages.
Explore the technology and CPM
After more than a century of advances in aviation, BACL®7G explores a circular architecture beyond the traditional tubular fuselage. Author and Designer João Budni proposes new possibilities for comfort, accessibility and quality of life.
According to Author and Designer João Budni, more than ten years of in-depth studies, analyses, aerospace engineering calculations, tests and repeated simulations led to the current concept, which he considers technically feasible with advanced aeronautical engineering. Results will be presented with records, conditions and limitations, distinguishing this assessment from independent demonstrations and certification.
Concepts and design requirementsSeating, food service, bathrooms and rest areas connected by internal routes. Ergonomics, accessibility and use of the areas will be assessed in the layout and mockup.
Passenger-linked baggage and two-layer check-in: first in the terminal hall; second on the boarding apron and access stairway, with magnetic validation. Flows, assisted mobility and data handling will be assessed; strategic mechanisms remain protected.
An objective to reduce dependence on conventional runways. Operation will require demonstrated capability, authorized locations, infrastructure and airspace integration.
A target above Mach 2.02 and study of altitude beyond usual commercial cruise. The envelope must be demonstrated for each configuration and flight conditions.
A requirement for sea-level-equivalent pressure throughout the cabin, covering 360°. An emergency reserve for the complete flight plan, to be sized by mission and occupancy.
Intended reduction of adverse-weather exposure and protection during an emergency on water. Weather limits, stability, sealing and evacuation require assessment and testing.
Depending on size and configuration, up to four passenger access doors and elevators for passengers requiring assisted mobility. Access, restraint systems and evacuation will be integrated into the layout and technical assessments.
Depending on size and configuration: onboard piano, entertainment area, virtual windows, restaurant and Coffee Bar, plus bathrooms and rest spaces. Planned features will be assessed by version and operating conditions.

Planned configurations. Each version will have its own studies, integration, construction and assessment. The golden hangar image depicts the Ø25 m civil concept. Construction details and strategic mechanisms remain confidential Under Seal.
PRODUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE
A 144-hectare industrial campus planned to integrate manufacturing, corporate management and operational circulation. Implementation connects land, the main factory, tooling, initial production and global expansion.

Seven planned hangars and corporate headquarters form the project's production and management infrastructure.
Perimeter roads, internal routes and access rings connect the nodes, with gates, parking and cycle routes included in the plan.
Selected nodes incorporate planned towers and vertiports to support air mobility and industrial park operations.
Land acquisition, construction of the main manufacturing plant and implementation of industrial tooling.
Start of low-rate initial production (LRIP) and training infrastructure.
Growth in industrial scale and preparation of the structure for global expansion.
Reference dates in the CPM plan. Execution depends on project progress and formalization of each stage.

Planned target: USD 16,240,140,000 across 12 subphases of 7 million units. Total: 84 million units and 48% of final capital with full execution. Targets are not proceeds already received. 12 Business Plan M-2 models with monthly consolidation for 2027–2033. Targets, budgets, proceeds and spending are separated. Budgets and US GAAP application still require validation by the responsible professionals.
USD 39,148,550.00 is the startup cash requirement before activation of the CPM rounds, linked to 245,000 units in subphase 1.1 (CPM-01), at USD 159.79 per unit. These units are included in the 7,000,000 units available in CPM-01 and follow the round's caps and its validation, authorization-key and payment procedure. The 245,000 startup units represent 0.14% of the planned final share capital, based on 175,000,000 units under the full-execution scenario.
Every report used to demonstrate actual execution of any of the 12 rounds, CPM-01 through CPM-12, must undergo an independent external audit before final validation. The review will cover funds received, use of funds and milestones achieved, according to the nature of the report. The opinion will identify the round, period, scope, evidence, conclusion and any qualifications. Outstanding issues and corrections will be recorded. See rule 12.4.

Maximum 280,000 units per holder and collectively per group under common control, in each round. All purchases by the same controlling interest count together. PF/PJ may join all 12 rounds as each opens, respecting the limit separately in every round. One open round at a time; the others remain closed. Complete applications follow chronological validation, cap verification and a BACL®7G authorization key for guided payment through official channels. Preliminary registration reserves no units and creates no priority. CPM remains in preparation.
Inventor and controller
PF/PJ participants • CPM-01 through CPM-12
Planned final composition: 52% for the inventor and 48% for CPM participants, PF/PJ, under full execution. No capital or voting share is reserved by audience category. Rights and actual ownership depend on issued interests and valid instruments; a higher price does not multiply voting weight per unit.
Proposed protection: approval by the affected class, elected representation for each of the 12 rounds and quarterly information. Election does not automatically transfer all votes to representatives. Strategic contributions will go to the company.
Notice: participating unit holders (PF/PJ) may not trade their BACL®7G units on the secondary market or on an organized or unorganized over-the-counter market until BACL®7G begins production at global scale, scheduled for 30 December 2033. The restriction remains in place until global-scale production actually begins. The scheduled date alone does not permit trading if that milestone has not been reached. Exchanges of units between holders are subject to the same restriction.

Identity, ownership chains, ultimate beneficiaries and common control will be verified before authorization, including holdings, foreign subsidiaries and linked personal purchases by the controller. A shared passive minority investor, family relationship or industry alone does not establish a group. Unresolved applications remain pending with reasons and review; established rights are not automatically removed.
Formal adherence will identify the PF/PJ holder, company and group links, representation powers, control and ultimate beneficial ownership, funding and requests in the same round. Declarations will be checked against documents and records. The draft below is for review; CPM remains in preparation and contact registration does not constitute adherence.

War, disaster, pandemic or force majeure at national, regional or global level may require adjustments proportionate to demonstrated impact. Reasons, mitigation and revised schedules will be documented and communicated, with participant updates and applicable approvals and legal rights preserved.
Participants in each formalized round will elect a primary representative and an alternate as a joint ticket: ultimately 12 primary representatives and 12 alternates. Proposed terms: 24 months, one reelection, 30-day election notice, authenticated voting, appeals and quarterly reporting.

280,000 units equal 4% of the 7 million units in a round. 25 groups buying the maximum could fill it entirely: these are not reserved slots or a guarantee of broad ownership. Reports will track actual composition and concentration, without assuming sector participation or allocation preferences.
F1.1 Origem: 7 million units at USD 159.79, target USD 1,118,530,000 and planned closing on 3 September 2027. The initial portion will be sized from basic deliverables, available cash and commercial proposals.
LTDA diagnostics, instruments, intellectual property and initial engineering will have their own costs and timelines. The plan distinguishes preparation, execution and actual available resources.
The initial portion forms part of F1.1 without double counting, through direct equity participation. CVM 88 or another framework depends on eligibility, current limits and requirements; splitting the plan does not authorize a worldwide offering.

06 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Start with the essentials. Participation should be understood before it is formalized.
BACL®7G is a circular aircraft technology project by Author and Designer João Budni. The program plans three prototypes: civil Ø25 m with 1 deck, military Ø20.5 m with 1 deck, and aerospace Ø52 m with 3 decks. Images are conceptual.
No. The CPM proposal is to structure equity participation under the terms to be set out in specific documents. Learning about the project or expressing interest does not establish that participation.
Each subphase plans 7 million units and 4% of final capital under full execution. Audience: PF/PJ in all 12 rounds. The group cap is 4% of a round’s units, equivalent to 0.16% of the planned 175 million final units.
Preliminary institutional presentation. CPM is not open: no unit reservations or funds are accepted.
The consolidated plan is available on this site. The visual preview presents the current structure. Sensitive technical information and Under Seal materials remain protected, including in the future controlled area.
CPM seeks to connect interested people with the development of BACL®7G and its potential to create value. Economic outcomes will depend on technical progress, certification, business execution, commercial adoption and the rights set out in the instruments. Participation will be long term, with variable outcomes, the possibility of partial or total loss of capital and possible restrictions on liquidity. The specific documents will explain these terms to support an informed decision.
